Good product, poor customer experience
Product exceeded expectations. I would love to buy more but the experience was horrendous. Called the owner to inquire about a tracking number and the guy straight up laughed like it was a joke or something. Said they don’t give tracking numbers, no big deal was just an unprofessional and rude way to handle it. Not how you speak to a first time customer. Will have to earn my business back! Took almost two weeks to receive.

Crank wrap on a Chad Shad.
Applied with ease. My user errors cause a wrinkle or two but a quick hit with a lighter and they went away. I think it turned out extremely nice.
